Despatch
All goods are in stock (unless otherwise stated) and ready for despatch. We will endeavour to despatch your order within one working day (Monday to Friday) from receipt of funds. If you pay by cheque then we need to allow 5 days from receipt for bank clearance.

Payment
We accept a full range of payment methods including Mastercard, Visa, Solo, Delta, Visa Electron, Bank transfer, and Paypal. Payments are processed using 128 bit industry standard security encryption.

Delivery
The delivery options and charges are shown towards the bottom of the second Checkout page (which you can view prior to entering your details).

We deliver to the UK and EC countries and offer the following delivery options to suit your requirements:

UK
Royal Mail First Class - 1 to 2 day delivery (not guaranteed)
Courier - 2 to 3 days (not guaranteed)
Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day - guaranteed before 1 p.m. next day (order must be received before noon)

Free Delivery
Orders over £25 - special offer is for free Royal Mail First Class (1 to 2 day) delivery.

Note - Next Day Guaranteed postage service will also be discounted - in case you need your order very quickly.

EC
Surface Mail - Western Europe up to 2 weeks, Eastern Europe up to 5 weeks delivery
Airmail - 3 to 5 day delivery (not guaranteed)
Note - Free delivery offer applies to UK deliveries only.

Satisfaction Guaranteed
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it, within 14 days, for a refund or exchange. Returned products must be in the original packaging (except for faulty goods which may have already been opened). This does not affect your statutory rights. The costs of return postage will be refunded only where incorrect or faulty / damaged goods were sent.
