Despatch
All goods are in stock (unless otherwise stated) and ready for despatch. We will endeavour to despatch your order within one working day (Monday to Friday) from receipt of cleared funds. If you pay by cheque then we need to allow 5 days from receipt for bank clearance.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day - guaranteed before 1 p.m. next day (order before noon)
Free Delivery
Orders over £25 - special offer is for free Second Class (2 to 5 day) delivery
Orders over £40 - special offer is for free First Class (1 to 2 day) delivery

EC
Surface Mail - Western Europe up to 2 weeks, Eastern Europe up to 5 weeks delivery
Airmail - 3 to 5 day delivery (not guaranteed)

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it, within 14 days, for a refund or exchange. Returned products must be in the original packaging (except for faulty goods which may have already been opened). This does not affect your statutory rights. The costs of return postage will be refunded only where incorrect or faulty / damaged goods were sent.
